Short Bio: Born 1941 and grew up in Nago, Okinawa.
Education: Graduated from Nago High School in 1960
Entered “Ryukyu International College, 2-yr. program in 1960,
Majored in English Literature and graduated in 1962
Completed four-yr.- degree at Glassboro State College, N.J. in 1986
(currently called = “Rowan” State University, in the city of New Jersey State)
2002: Obtained MSW (Master Of Social Work) from Widener University, State of PA.
Occupation:
1). 1962 Began working at “Morning Star English Newspaper Co.” in Ohyama, Okinawa
until 1964.
2). In the mid. 1980s worked as a facilitator for CAP (Child Assault Protection) Program
in N.J., also worked as one of the staff in the Outreach Program in N.J.
3). Overseas Correspondent since 1992, Sending Essays since 2013 at the
Okinawa Times Newspaper Co. in Okinawa, Japan
4). 1987- 2004 worked as a counselor and case manager for children/adolescents Dept.
at one of counties in the State of New Jersy.
● 2004: Left all my work due to severe case of Rheumatoid Arthritis (Dr’s suggestion)

1986年：グラスボロ（ニュージャージー）州立大学4年制課程修了：心理学専攻
　　　(現ニュージャージー州立ローワン州立大学）。
2002年: ペンシルベニア州ワイドナー大学にてMSW（ソーシャルワーク修士号）取得。
職業:　1). 1962年 大山のモーニングスター英字新聞社に入社、 1964年まで勤務。
2). 1980年代半ば。1980年代半ば、ニュージャージー州でCAP（Child Assault Protection）　
　　　プログラムのファシリテーターを務める。また、アウトリーチ　スタッフ　コンサルタントとして勤務。
3). 1992年より海外特派員、1013年よりエッセイを寄稿、 沖縄タイムス新聞社、沖縄
4). 1987年から2004年まで、ニュージャージー州の南部の郡にて児童・青少年のカウンセラ　　
　　　ー 及び ケースマネージャーとして勤務。
